A small pressure vessel within the device contains a special gas mixture. This mixture is completely consumed in a gas flame. On the surface of the material, a firmly fixed adhesive silicate coating is formed. The FB07 is employed for hand flame spraying and the silicating process of small parts. The surface to be treated should ideally be smaller than 10cm². With its sharp and tightly bundled flame, the device is predestined for punctual employment. The device is started by means of an piezoelectric element. Equipped with an opening side stand, the device is secured against unwanted rolling when laid down. The device is delivered fully fuelled and ready for use. A doped gas cartridge is available when the device requires re-fuelling.
