A series of primers of the most various compositions were specially developed for the application with the PYROSIL® process. These primers greatly improve the surface activity in preparation for coating or bonding. In the case of use in dentistry, this ensures for example a secure bonding from inlays. In technical areas, an improvement in the adhesion of lacquers and adhesives on metals can be achieved, and also first-rate corrosion protection. The primers are marked by excellent and enduring bonding strength, first-rate resistance against surface influences and good processing qualities. Parts that are subject to hard wear can, when in connection with the PYROSIL® treatment and appropriate primer, be joined to produce a lasting and hard wearing bond. The choice of primer is mainly dependent on the adhesive, the lacquer, respectively the print color. We offer primers primarily for acrylate, epoxy resins, polyurethane and polyester coatings and adhesives.
