ST System

The ST System (Surface-Treatment-System) is a system for PYROSIL® coating in industrial applications.
A specified amount of PYROSIL® (containing silicon-organic compounds) is supplied to a carrier gas (propane or butane) process-controlled and then burned as a gas mixture stream.

A strongly adhering SiO2 layer just a few nanometres in thickness is formed on the surface of the flame treated substrate.
The ST system is adapted customer-specifically in burner width, number and output. However, the parameters are variable and can be change by the customer depending on application.
